Bookings & Cancellations
 

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations, reschedules or amendments. Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals resulting in insufficient treatment time, or failure to attend will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service fee. This policy supports clinic operations and ensures appointment availability for other clients.
 

Please arrive on time to allow your full treatment to be carried out. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged as a late cancellation.
 

We maintain a strict no guest/extra persons policy. Due to clinical safety requirements, treatment room standards and regulatory compliance, only the client booked for the appointment may attend the clinic.

Exceptions apply only to:

  • Minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Clients requiring a registered interpreter

  • Approved support persons with prior notification
     

If you are unwell, have recently received a vaccine, or believe you may be unsuitable for treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
 

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

  • A minimum spend of $250 applies to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
